Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC Vigna di Capestrano 2008
This vintage was more homogeneous than 2007 characterized by less pronunced temperature changes due to a spring started slowly. The maximum/average temperatures have been rather moderate with considerable rainfall in May and June. July and august was warm and rainless months preceded by a rainy september. Fortunatley the rainfalls in september did not compromise the quality of the vintage taht in teh end gave the excellent results as in term of quantity. We harvested a month earlier than 2007.
